Founded on time-proven methodologies, Lubrik Construction Company Ltd. is a Nigerian corporation that specializes in design, building and development of infrastructure, oil and gas facilities and marine structures, boasting a diversified portfolio across the construction spectrum.
Since incorporation in 2007, Lubrik has become one of the leading engineering and infrastructure service providers in Southern Nigeria. With a widespread reputation for consistently completing tasks on time and within budget, we have delivered projects for both public and private sector clients, including the Rivers State Government and the Federal Government.
With several groundbreaking engineering projects in our portfolio over the years, Lubrik is proud to have been involved in shaping Rivers State and Nigeria by elevating critical infrastructure to international standards, erecting buildings, bridges, flyovers, roads and port terminals in key strategic locations in Nigeria. We have helped create a safer and more pleasant environment, all while encouraging state growth and development.
Our fleet of plant machinery and equipment gives us the capacity to successfully undertake multiple projects in various parts of Nigeria at any one time, while our network of tried and tested subcontractors and suppliers throughout the country and globally, enables us to procure the best resources for every project.

Our Health and Safety Plan is an in-depth document that establishes the safest conditions in most work-related circumstances. It comprises the policy of training and re-training staff to be prepared for any possible situation. We ensure that all workers have a clear understanding of their responsibility along with that of the company.
Because the issue of safety concerns all parties involved we believe there is no value worth putting a person at risk for. We are committed to protecting the health and safety of all people working at, or visiting our sites. For that purpose, we plan, manage, conduct and supervise all our work in compliance with legislation and best practice.

Lubrik is fully committed to the Nigerian oil and Gas Industry Content Act of the
FEDERAL REPUBLIC OF NIGERIA.
We work to deliberately add and create value in-country, via capacity building of locals, technology transfer programs, technology mentorship programs, increasing physical operational presence and investment in Nigeria.
As a company, we adhere to the guidelines of the Nigerian Content Development and Monitoring Board (NCDMB), while considering the use of services and facilities professional or otherwise, rendered by individuals and operating companies.
Our team carries out in-country maintenance of tools and equipment, while achieving the Nigerian Content targets in a sustainable manner.
Our policies are built on in-country fund retention, in terms of monetary expenditures through the deliberate utilization of Nigerian human and material resources without sacrificing safety, health and environmental standards.
